Of the prices listed, the lowest is for Rezidence Libeňský park in Prague 8, from CZK 3.499 million. Next is Jižní Výhledy in Prague 5, from CZK 4.84 million. In Zahrady Bohdalec in Prague 4, prices start from CZK 7.05 million, and the offer includes 1+kk, 2+kk and 3+kk layouts (where "kk" means a kitchenette in the living room).
